So this week I had a physical where I was weighed for the first time basically seince I stoped wrestling, and it should be known that during the last 4 months of my wrestling career I had to maintain a 135lbs weight class. it might appear to people that food is my favorite thing in the world, but now that i'm in this house by myself its really not. i wander around my house, seeing what time it is telling myself i should eat. but i usually just end up having snacks. i miss having a MEAL, not snacks. sure i can always make food, but what makes just eating food ( Read more... )
