Today:
-Ran 1 mile, approx. 12 min, it was more of a jog/walk, still sore from yesterday lol
-15 Push Ups
-20 Sit Ups

I'm satisfied with my performance for today, seeing that I am still pretty sore from yesterdays work. I will try and keep up the pace as best I can.

Tomorrow I begin swimming, I'll keep you all posted on that.

for soreness stretch before you go to bed and when you wake up first thing in the morning...and taking a hot bath with epson salt works wonders...I use one called Baththereapy they sell it at cvs...keep up the good work!

I concour. Do lots of stretching even if it hurts like a bitch. It will feel good afterwards.

My advice: don't do your little regimen everyday. Your body needs time to rest and recover since its not used to all the intense shit. Just take it slow at first and build up later. Don't get all gung ho.

Both stretching and moderation are key here. You're not used to working out so much, so take it slow or you'll burn yourself out.

Anyway, I'm gonna be doing tons of cardio while I'm here (along with possibly going to Jason's gym), so lmk if you ever want to get a workout in.
