Forget the zombies, but it is so nice to see you posting about something normal. Because zombies are normal, right?

I think these are all valid points, w/r/t a show that tries to explain zombies as a virus and not a supernatural being. They behave more like they've been body-snatched by a parasite.

Exactly! I could buy zombies with a supernatural origin, like if they wanted to kill people because of EVIL. But not this organic hunger-driven nonsense.

Ha! I'm pretty sure I'm driving Corey crazy because I keep asking him these kinds of questions. I also spend a lot of time talking about the tactical errors that the humans on the show make.

It's possible I take my zombie apocalypse too seriously.

Vampires, zombies, they've been beat to death. I'm predicting mummies as the next big thing. I should start a series of mummy romance novels..

You can use a ghost for the third leg of the necessary love triangle!

Do you watch Being Human? Ghosts, werewolves and vampires, with cross-monster love. There was a zombie in it too, plus a succubus.

How do mummies work? Their brains have been pulled out through their noses so it can't be brain stem,

How gross would mummies be under their wraps? This is why vampires get the romance novels--no physical decay.

All this discussion makes me think that Frankenstein's monster may be the best one, scientifically. But he's kind of a zombie, having been reanimated. Hmm.
