Ok PPL! We have put another offer in. They were supposed to have an answer for us by Monday at 5:00. But now they question our pre-approval letter because it was created on 8/6/2008 and they say (and are right) so many things have changed since then- that the cant be sure the funds are available to us. We didn't get the house- the  bank said the offer was too low (even though we offered more than the listed price) and they turned down all of the offers. So we're starting over again...

We never heard back from the bank on the previous house that we put an offer on- so we withdrawled the offer. We found a new house just near downtown Clarkston so we put an offer on that home.
