Well, the owners accepted the offer but their bank also has to approve the offer (because it is a short sale). Half way there!

Well we offered on a new house in Clarkston, MI. Cross your fingers!

Well we spent 3 hours preparing an offer for a house, and found out first thing the next morning that someone else offered more (before we even were able to submit our offer). Boo.

Well, I laugh at Sean's jokes and praise his masculinity, but then again  I do sleep in pajamas instead of a night gown, walk about the house in stockings, and refuse to cook breakfast...so I'm average.

 Well we checked out that house in White Lake a 3rd time and decided not to offer. They had been running the well water without the softner and we were really suspicious that the pipes would be corroding soon. Also, decided the neighborhood was a little WT if you know what I mean. I came home today to find the contents of my neighbor's apartment dumped on the lawn. Frankly, I find it disturbing. I also  witnessed other residents stealing their possessions.With the economy the way it is, stagnant wages, and ever rising costs (including rent) it seems it would be responsible to treat people with dignity and respect during ( Read more... )

new  job going well, my fellow casemanagers have 60-70 consumers, I have 5. (so far). Car's bad. the spark plug blew out while i was driving and aparently the socket which u screw the plug into is stripped. Unfortunately it is part of a piece that is the engine block or something and is expensive to fix. so our mechanic is doing some tricky ( Read more... )
