Mouse's powers are a quasi-passive brand of emotional manipulation, made possible through a disturbance of a person's physiology. Here's a brief rundown of the important points, necessary in knowing before you can fill out the permissions below!

Is your character human or in possession of a human body? Nope.
Is your character human but still somehow immune to Mouse's powers? (please clarify how Nope.
Do I have permission to use Mouse's abilities on your character? ...maybe?
How will your character most likely react to the emotional manipulation? REALLY PISSED OFF. Schemed retribution...?

As Megamind is not human -- though very close (for a reasonable facsimile of 'very close', anyway) -- how would you like to handle this? I'm game to say that some things may be different, and so on? Depends on what'd be good for furthering plot and awesome along.

How will your character most likely react to the emotional manipulation? I think Kasumi might be inherently prone to obsessive behaviour, especially over things that make her feel happy, but no other special warnings needed!

Is your character human or in possession of a human body? aw yeah she is /eyebrows
Is your character human but still somehow immune to Mouse's powers? (please clarify how nope her body is ready
Do I have permission to use Mouse's abilities on your character? bring it, hugo
How will your character most likely react to the emotional manipulation? INITIAL OUTRAGE hugo how dare you etc etc. But Cambridge has a rather addictive element to her personality so she won't protest too much. If anything I can see her coming back for more BUT considering how much she resents flimsy-whimsy lovey-dovey-sentimental feelings it would all be rather difficult and denial-y.

Is your character human or in possession of a human body? Sort of? IRO-Bots function exactly like humans, anyway.
Is your character human but still somehow immune to Mouse's powers? (please clarify how N
Do I have permission to use Mouse's abilities on your character? Yes! Just say when. XD
How will your character most likely react to the emotional manipulation? Very, very angry. Maybe to the point of attacking (she DOES NOT like things she can't predict). After she calms down, though, she's going to have a looooooot of questions.

Is your character human or in possession of a human body? For values of human meaning 'vampire', yes. But she still has the original make body!
Is your character human but still somehow immune to Mouse's powers? ...Hmmm. Jenna does heal faster than the average bear (a vampire in his prime, for example, heals gouged out eyes in a little under a day; Jenna's not at that level, but she does heal pretty damn fast) but she's also young and possibly going to be drinking synthetic blood, so we'll see on thi?
Do I have permission to use Mouse's abilities on your character? mfy.
How will your character most likely react to the emotional manipulation? Jenna's pretty understanding, and as long as it was made clear he wasn't trying to hurt her she wouldn't be all GRR ARGH REVENGE. She does have kind of awful emotional control at the moment, though, so this one would need to be handled just right.
