Mouse's powers are a quasi-passive brand of emotional manipulation, made possible through a disturbance of a person's physiology. Here's a brief rundown of the important points, necessary in knowing before you can fill out the permissions below!

Is your character human or in possession of a human body? Yes
Is your character human but still somehow immune to Mouse's powers? (please clarify how Nope! Well. Heatwave's part demigod and a gestalt member at that (connected to four other Cybertronians on a "spirtual" level). That may cause some interference, but mostly Mouse's powers will still affect him. They'd probably be muted in small doses, but very effective in large ones. As Nexus, he was designed to be devoted to something and without Primus or Rarified Energon stores there to fill the void...
Do I have permission to use Mouse's abilities on your character? Sure.
How will your character most likely react to the emotional manipulation? He'll become very loyal, tactile, and protective. This will build up to a very violent/obsessive protectiveness. He's 1/5th a demigod created to be a guardian. That won't mix well with Mouse's ability ( ... )

How will your character most likely react to the emotional manipulation? He will most likely be weirded out and ask what the *** is going on, once he realizes it's not normal (he'll figure it out really fast). In the meantime, he'll feel cheerful due to Mouse's power.

Is your character human but still somehow immune to Mouse's powers? um so. i don't actually know if he would be affectable. i think he would? i mean, it's not brainwashing. and spock does heal quickly, but that's only if he goes into a trance. also his emotions are all over the place anyway. so. idk i'm running with it and saying it's possible?

How will your character most likely react to the emotional manipulation? um, that's an exceptionally good question actually. other than afterwards being strangely confused and intrigued beneath the tidal wave of self loathing and shame. in the moment, i think he might go a little cray cray? i mean. vulcans don't act on those feelings. they're capable of having them, and the feelings they do have are huge and everything. but they keep them all stuffed into a tiny box. except for ( ... )

How will your character most likely react to the emotional manipulation? ... Scream so Bella does lots of stupid things for the people she loves but I warn you flat out that it would be really good to avoid getting her hooked because obsessed Bella is teenage scary. Probably will hit as infatuation first, continued exposure tosses that into love, past that into obsession (if she's not the violent sort).
