Is your character human or in possession of a human body? he's all human baby
Is your character human but still somehow immune to Mouse's powers? nothing aside from sheer willpower. Jim has been known to shake alien juju solely via willpower, though, but i guess that's something we could discuss for plot if it comes up
Do I have permission to use Mouse's abilities on your character? oh my god yes
How will your character most likely react to the emotional manipulation? probably unadulterated lust. Jim doesn't do the love thing, but he does do the pleasure thing. that being said, if he gets enough of it he might start getting- attached, and possessive. Jim doesn't have very many people he'd label as 'close' to him and this addictive quality of Mouse's could easily trick Jim's brain into believing it was A Thing. Jim is all emotion, so i get the feeling he'd be easily intoxicated.

Is your character human but still somehow immune to Mouse's powers? (please clarify how) Nope! He's not immune to anything except maybe common sense.

How will your character most likely react to the emotional manipulation? RIGHT, Connor has a very obsessive personality; he likes working on things and finishing them and, though he gets distracted easily, he doesn't stop working on something until he's finished it. And then some. So he'll probably get infatuated, too, what with his heart on his sleeve and all-maybe even believe it to be Actualfax Love. Basically, he is very easily emotionally manipulated. (He's also in a relationship at his point in canon, so I don't know how those feelings would conflict, but he gets too attached to things either way.)
