so my manager got me into staying at walmart for just two days a week. it was really my decision though since renee kind of wants to keep her job at petland. this way i have a job in south portland and in brunswick until we decide where we want to get a place. and i'll be working 50-60 hours a week so i better be out of this house within the next ( Read more... )

Dude, wherever you go, whether it be out of state or out of the country, its the same old shit. You will still have bad days sometimes, money problems sometimes, and meet bitchy people. You will also have friends wherever you go for moral support and for people to party with. It really doesn't matter, but if you are moving because you are not happy here, moving somewhere else will not make you feel better.

Anyway, if you were only there for a short time, of course it was great. That's what vacations are: a bunch of exciting things all crammed into one short period of time, so you are always rushing to the next activity, and always having a blast. If you moved there, you would just be working all the time, just as everyone does, and not having money to do anything, just as everyone does.

Haha! Two points for me!

and i know that moving out of maine will make me happier simply because i do not enjoy staying in one place for a lengthy period of time...and i want to experience public transportation for once :).

yeah she was bawling because the plane from like ny/dc (wherever we were) was about to leave without everyone else and we were like the only people on it.
