WHEN do you need this done? Tom and I are available evenings both weeks -- well, at least one of us is "burly" -- we've got an SUV (can send you measurements, see if it's high enough inside), and we also have a hand truck.

If you're lugging this thing into your basement, given your recent problems, wouldn't it be easier to borrow a large boat and transport it that way? You could avoid having to drag it up and down stairs, and you'd just need to construct a makeshift canal to Harvard.

Various people (me, DHS, L which appears to be the LJ code word for the person with J on Saturday night) are probably doing stuff at Arisia storage on Wednesday 3/12. A subset of us may be doing some stuff on Tuesday 3/11 as well. Would either of these dates work for you? We'd probably need to take a raincheck on dinner since we need to move on to Arisia storage ...
