Since I don't have to worry about school for now, I agreed to work a few extra days. It's dumb prom time which causes half of our staff to request off for a solid week. Today, I picked up a birdbath my mom wanted for Mother's Day. Once I lugged the heavy sucker inside I noticed on the box were some basic care instructions. This is just part of it, but I thought the first line was pretty funny.

Birds like most of us derive joy from clean water. It is recommended that water be changed every 3 to 4 days.

I seriously get way more amusement out of this than a normal, mentally healthy person ever would.

So my sociology class is cancelled. Can't really complain. My professor is crazy, not even in the good way.
