Haha! Yeah, most anything COULD be used for a point. I'm pretty clearly on the writer's side with this one (since I have a friend in the industry). Basically, any time huge changes are made in an industry, there needs to be contract re-negotiation. Things that weren't in place during the first signing are making large financial impacts now... and it's only fair that the people who write the stuff that's bringing in the money get a percentage of that... and only fair that they get what they were initially promised when they took the cut 20 years ago.

Anyway... I just want my shows. :D
