Totally hear you about the idiot driver. What is up with people??? There was this little black car next to me while I was driving home today. Then, as if drawn by some magnetic pull, the car started slowly drifting into my lane. Of course, being the humanitarian that I am, I assume the person is having a diabetic reaction or has lapsed into what I hope is a short-lived coma. So I generously lay on the horn in the hopes of jolting them out of said diabetic reaction or coma. Instead, the person then decides that now would be a good time to turn on the turn signal. HUH? So the passenger, apparently being a tad more alert than the driver, waves her hand at me. No, no finger, or not frantically like "please slow down so this vapid drooling moron in the seat next to me doesn't kill us all" sort of way. No, this was a regal "screwing a lightbulb" turn of the wrist that would make Queen Elizabeth jealous. THIS IS NOT A PARADE. I SEE NO BALLOONS OR PEOPLE IN ANIMAL COSTUMES. THE GAS IS ON THE RIGHT. (sigh) as well.
