Don't get too excited, she doesn't show up again until the very end. Probably. I think I've had to accidentally go back and retcon things I've told you about this fic about five times now, my Word of God is not to be trusted.

That said, narrator is actually not Karl; it is Solomon. Though that was left deliberately ambiguous, so I do not blame you for not picking up on it. You weren't entirely supposed to.

Jade's statement was entirely accurate... when she said it. All of the time shenanigans, man, all of them.

Solomon~? Oh ho ho ho, I am so very curious to know why she calls him "tr8tor!" Not to say I wasn't gonna be curious with, well, anybody, but.

So spellcheck didn't like tr8tor, OBVIOUSLY, but then I was like "wait where did I spell it wrong, that's how the type quirk works isn't it!? D8" as though spell check knows homestuck... oh god my life.
