So, after being in development in my head for years, I'm starting to work on the game I want to make. I think that it was missing an element, which Minecraft has sort of inspired me to add. It won't be as blocky as that, of course, but that's the sort of world I want to build - something that is infinitely customizeable by the player to be what

I hear ya. I was thinking of making something like that before I saw Minecraft even; the way I would have done it was similar, but instead of flat cubes they'd morph along with their neighbors to produce smooth curves.

*exactly*. That's what I am going to try to implement, precisely. Like minecraft, but with rounded corners. And goals. :)
