Dear TMobile,

I pre-ordered a G1 back in October and received it on November 12.  I received a defective phone.  I was told i could not exchange the phone at a store, and that a new one would not be sent out to me until that one was returned.   I asked if my new phone would be on back order and was told it would not.  I then returned the phone and ( Read more... )

i'm very pleased. some quirks, but some have disappeared, others i've gotten used to. actually most of my complaints are about android/pre-installed apps (e.g. calendar notifications showing up 38 minutes after the event started, voice-calling totally not retarded, inconsistencies between app UIs, etc.), and not about the device. only device complaints are re: the lameness of the camera.

ya know, it took me forever to get my G1 on pre-order - I sent a letter and they shipped it out the next day. Sometimes being a squeaky wheel pays off.
