I miss world travel already. It is an addiction. To see something new. Not to say the memories of places I have been already haven't been shaped forever. If you haven't seen Berserk... well it is the sharpest doubled-edged blade I have ever run across.

For the record is a 25 episode anime, based of the first part of a comic in Japan.

The first episode = garbage. It is fantasy gore horror, with little or no coherency. This episode leads way to the past though.

So Mako and Yoshiko taught me how to make Sukiyaki, and then gave me a bunch of ingredients for it. Awesome.

Since I don't have work until 5, I woke up wanting to make it before the leek went bad. Cutting the stuff up and making the broth was fun. The noodles were a soy noodle and yam noodle.
