So Sean and I went to The Map Room in Chicago last night. It is supposed to be the best beer bar in Chicago, and a top in the country.

Great prices, great beer. A good chunk Sean and I had not heard of.

One of those crappy customer days, but when I hear about the economy... or that fact that some corporate jobs from my company got axed...

I am so lucky I got a job that pays decent, and they need.

I think I am getting old and boring.

I wake up with ample time before I get to work, like this morning, so I can eat breakfast.

Almost all of my meals I ponder how I can add more fiber, or less fat.
