I think that you're absolutely fantastic, but I know what you mean about a lack of confidence. When I feel like that I go back to the fic I've put up and re-read the comments left to me. They always cheer me up because I know that these people are telling me the truth. They have no reason to tell me I'm good if I'm not. I think about how certain fics are my 'go-to' fics if I need cheering up, or comfort, and how that out there in the big old internet, somewhere, one of my fics is doing that for someone else.
There's no magic wand to wave to make these feelings go away. I have no idea how old you are, but I do know from experience that as you age you grow in confidence, or if not in confidence exactly, then your willingness to accept other people's neuroses diminishes incredibly.
I have one person who always comments on my fic, and although she seems to think that she's helping me by giving me concrit, she always, always manages to annoy me with her poorly-chosen words. If I had come across her five years ago, I would probably have

I think for me, writing is writing. You're taking a chance putting what you've written out there for people to see (statistically, more people will probably read your fanfic than a published novel, sad, but true) therefore, you're incredibly brave.
I'm quite lucky, my husband thinks that me writing fanfic is hilarious and says go for it. Then he says, don't forget to try something original. And he's right. The fanfic is a great way to move towards something original or to even write alongside. I feel like I'm developing a style and learning what I like to write and what people like to read.
And it's fun! I've made some amazing friends online and have felt my writing improve in ways it wouldn't have without the feedback.
Fanfic doesn't equal non-original. What you write is unique and a blast to read. Enjoy yourself!
