Okay, hiatus officially nearly over. Mine, that is. I have decided to separate out fannish stuff and rl stuff (a popular choice *g*) and I'll work that out soon, as in after the weekend. Yes! But. The plan is worth announcing. If only to remind me to actually do it. :) -

Pasta sauce!
Emerging from LJ hiatus briefly to report that pasta sauce (minced lamb, tomato sauce & zucchini) is fucking gorgeous flavored with oregano, cinnamon, all spice and a dash of balsamic vinegar over the top. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve it forth. Mmmmm! -
Flu. It comes in stages.
This flu that's going round my flist is a doozy. At first you think it's a cold, and then you find it's not. I spent Friday in bed with fever, which blissfully subsided enough by Saturday that reading for entertainment was possible again.
