Last night I stayed up late reading new boyband porn even though I had a doctor's appointment earlyish in the morning (the latest part in the pornutopia over in nopseud's journal, it's locked because it's a WIP, a simple request to be friended will suffice for those interested in reading it). It wouldn't have been such a problem, except I didn't sleep ( Read more... )

A little brush with the numinous, I think. I am jealous. :)

A couple possibilities:

+it couldn't hurt to ask who she is what her connection is to you, next time you're falling asleep. Just, you know, think on it a bit, and watch your dreams. She could be some kind of helper person, or some part of yourself coming forward.

+this sounds a lot like Robert Monroe's descriptions of the moments before he travels out of his body. It also reminds me of what I feel before I have dreams in which I wake up. Either of these things ever happen to you?

Cool stuff. And Happy Hennaed Feet Day to you!

No, but I do have dreams which feel *different* from normal dreams.

Interesting, may I ask which part sounds like that?

And Happy Hennaed Feet Day to you!

Thank you! :)

It's the part where you say you feel warmth spreading through you. Reminds me of how he talks about vibrations moving through him on the edge of sleep, 'til he'd reach a point where he could yank himself out of his body. He also talks about having had dreams that were different from regular dreams, which he later woke up in or realized were actual journies to "other" places.

Interesting stuff, thanks. I'm always interested in how this seems to be an experience common to human beings across cultures and even time...

I too have henna on me somewhere just about all the time. Was thinking about doing some tonight. :)

I've talked about it on LJ before, but maybe not recently. Mostly I henna my hair, and now and then I get the itch and I'll henna my hands and/or feet. At the moment I just have solid henna on the soles of my feet and my toes just to make the skin stronger. :)

I like your style, the certain inescapable accomplishment that your webpage is a little whit different tends to make it so serviceable, I lease tired of discovering same-old-same-old practically all of the time. I have I straight stumbled on this folio by you Express you.
