New favorite dish:
- plain (tinkiyada) rice pasta
- chicken cut into little flaky bits (fried, cooked, stewed, doesn't matter)
- equal parts lemon juice & olive oil (mixed till emulsified, thick & creamy)
- fresh thyme (lots)
- fresh marjoram (some)
- fresh basil (a couple of leaves, add thai basil if you have some)

BTW, Mikz alerted me to you and you to me, and though I haven't friended you, I do occasionally read your journal. My health has improved a *lot* over the past two years or so. If you want me to share some things that worked for me, let me know (and where I should send it). I didn't get quite as bad as you, I don't think, but I remember the days when I couldn't lift a glass to my mouth, so...
