Or, if you're interested in getting some slash hosting space, the slashcity people do an absolutely great package for $2 a month. Webspace, e-mail, a mailing list, a really nice management interface and good support. (And I think, if you mention my name when you sign up, I get a free month's hosting or something. I forget -- they run some kind of referral thing anyway.)
