Oh! The Pokégear's not a Pokémon - but you can use it to talk to people and Pokémon all over Johto, and the Trainers use it to talk to each other when they're not close to each other! [Slightly hyper Kirlia is slightly hyper...]

I'm a Kirlia! I used to be a Ralts but after a while with my Trainer I got bigger and evolved - You probably will one day too, and I've heard Houndour get BIG. Guess who's better with the Gear than her trainer?]

And sure, I can help! The buttons are kinda big, and if you push the "Post" button that's big and purple, it'll make other buttons show up - depending on what ones you push, you can send video where everyone can see you, or just talk over it, and another button brings up a keyboard, but you kinda have to be able to read and write human for that to work, and I'm not very good at that yet. [One day, Jack will be grateful that she's not like L's Haunter and is actually pretty well-behaved.] And if the little glass eye on the top is pointed at a Pokémon, it talks and tells you things about them!

[This is both confusing and interesting to Munchlax, because just about everything can be counted towards noms. He climbs his owners legs to get to his back, to his owners distaste- it's not the lightest pokémon after all.

However, Munchlax now seems content enough yapping at the screen, so its owner lets it stay there, apparently having a walk around what looks like Mahogany town.]

Your tummy looks like a Houndour noms... That must be Valtiel!!
