I have lived in Las Vegas for exactly one year today. Or more precisely, yesterday, since it is now past midnight. I got a happy home anniversary card in the mail from my realtor.

So, a few friends & myself have decided to start a weekly book club, something I'm ridiculously excited about (yes, I am that big a nerd). So, a friend of a friend is a tattoo artist that is working from home at the moment, & therefore doing tattoos at cost (ie super cheap). Half of me wants to get another one, & half of me kind of regrets the one I already have. But, I do have an idea for another tattoo, a small one. The move went incredibly well. My mom didn't have a single problem with the Uhaul truck, & actually managed to complete the trip in 4 hours. I met a few of my neighbors, who were thankfully very nice, & offered to help us move some of the furniture I had, which was really needed because, as I was moving my box springs with my sister, I was the one ( Read more... )
