This is a dress that Sarah, Pete's sister, is considering as a bridesmaid dress (in aubergine). I mention this, simplt as LJ is a good way of saying what colour I'm after without telling everyone individually. I am sloth.

Directed mostly (but not exclusively!) at Northampton types: Does anyone know anything about Dodmoor House? Anyone been there, especially for a wedding? I've looked at websites etc. and it looks nice, so I want to figure out what the catch is.

Does anyone know any good cake shops in Northamptonshire? I want to start wedding planning properly, but all the ones I've looked at online are hideously expensive. You can get a sponge from Tesco for less than a tenner, dammit!

-inspection starts in half an hour.
