... I love your spunk Hal, and I love your acting. It's true, not everyone is happy with what they do as an occupation. And nobody should give up their dreams, especially you! There is a difference however, between dreams and practicality. It is perfectly possible for you, or for anyone who loves theater, to persue that while preparing for another career. You could go to NYU, study literature, and still go to auditions, for example. You, Hallie, are a smart as well as talented girl, so don't ever let either of those qualities go to waste!
