HAL is preparing salad for supper when IZZY approaches her.

IZZY: Hal, today in school we had to get up and say our favorite band names and I said The Sugar Beats and Elliott Smith.  And no one even knew who he was.

aaaaah that is sooo cute!

I had a similar experience today actually! My sister was saying how nobody in her class even knew who Elliott Smith was. She went on to say, "I actually don;t want any of my friends to know who he is.. I want to be original." I gave her elitist points. My sister is becoming a mini indie elitist.
