I just got back from IMS which was incredible. i can;t really put words to it but ask me about it and i will tell you everything. It helped me so much and i meditated which is honestly an incredible experience. this weekend my darling emily and annie and lily planned a surprise party for me. it was completely wonderful and brightened my spirits. as much of you know for many reasons i'm a little down right now and the party was great. we danced galour and even knocked over a table and stained em's rug...sorry.
