Book Review: Kite Runner

Below is my take on the book... might be spoilers too.

Okay.. this book hit me like a bolt of lightning. I am stunned and in awe.

What magnificent writing. What characterizations. What sensitivity.

I can only wonder why this book didn't win the Booker. It is so well balanced and well written.

I never did write a fleshed-out review of this book. Suffice it to say, however, that I agree with every word you said. It is a beautiful book with an uncanny presence...it almost seems to be a living thing itself.

I have "for you a thousand times over" on some mini-cards. One of the best lines. Ever.
