I would suggest (since you are starting now) a rose for everyday leading up until Valentine's Day...then on Valentine's Day give her 12 + the amount of months ya'll have been together...

Then one day, cook her a nice dinner big ass cupcake and deliver it to her with a song LOL.

And then...diamonds. Yeah.

OK so the first one was my idea FOR REAL, the last two were for fun LOL. Besides that, I don't know.

naw man i used to do all that lovey dovey shit. used to send flowers to a girls WHOLE family and shit. do that birthday card every day a month till ur birthday shit. that shit gets old cause of course they like it at first but then it gets to be "expected" instead of a sweet gesture.
