!!ATTENTION COSPLAYERS!!I need advice. I'm going to be switching concealers (make-up) and I want something thats good for convention heat and tiredism. The number one thing I hate about my photos is that I always have dark circles under my eyes by the end of the con day because all the make up has MELTED off my face. I used both liquid and powder ( Read more... )

XD;; I dunno about that, some people could argue that I'm sure. But for my own stance, I just don't care for the stuff and I barely give myself enough time in the morning to put on clothes and brush my teeth. Oh yah, and if I have time, comb my hair 8D

I'm not a cosplayer, but the make-up I've been using since high school has done me good - survived being sweat off when I was in full winter marching band uniform; and now that I'm a teacher, it seems to not sweat off while I'm chasing 2nd graders through a zoo. If it can survive me sweating in the south Texas heat, I think it'll do you some good. I use L'oreal true match liquid concealer and rather dull Cover Girl compact of powder for when I do wear these days. Hope that helps, hun. :]

I don't use regular make-up, I use ben nye, theatre makeup :B Works well, only thing is that it's oil-based

Me too! The matte foundation I constantly use covers EVERYTHING.

Yesss xD

I use Ben Nye Matte Foundation (shade varies on character), covered by a normal powder, but usually sprayed with Final Seal (TASTES LIKE MINT IN MY EYES) to tryyyyy to keep makeup from settling in creases/coming off with heat.

What's your regimine? :D
