I was having a conversation with Kate Moss about how quickly friendships between women can go south. One guy steals another dude's wife, they get drunk and beat the shit out of each other and by the next morning they're laughing about it. You say one wrong thing to a girl and she'll cut you dead for the rest of her life.

I almost wish my parents had had those conversations. I know it's got to be kind of condescending but at the same time, it's just nice that they're looking out for you. At least you know if you run into trouble, they'll understand on some level. Even if they run around saying I told you so.

I haven't seen her either, she should read this and fix that. I think time goes by a lot slower when you're traveling different places, or it seems to. When you're doing the same thing in the same place for weeks or years, the days all run together.

Yeah, I'm definitely closer with more men than I am with women. I think women get jealous of other women because they have the better boyfriend, a better career or are more attractive than them. It's like a chronic competition.

My parents were never overprotective and taught me to be independent, or whatever it's called. We did a lot of travelling when I was younger and went through a series of culture shocks, so that may have helped.

Haha, I'm one day ahead. I keep thinking it's Wednesday. I hope she reads this and comments, because sigh I miss her.

Cookies are always good, especially as a reward. That should become part of the curriculum in schools to promote abstinence, no sex for a month and you get a package of Chips Ahoy. I'd stay celibate for cookie dough.

They were good cookies, but it was definitely an odd reward considering what I got rewarded for. That's a good idea though, for schools. You should promote it somehow. I wouldn't stay celibate for much, haha.
