There's this cherry blossom tree nearby. It's the only thing outside that's alive right now. It's beautiful. I sat there in the window sill for hours the other day and watched the sky under it turn pale pink from the sun shifting throughout the day. At night it sleeps. I'm in New York right now and it's nothing but fabulous. I sometimes forget that I actually, really love this city. The fact that Fashion Week is Friday hasn't exactly hit. Her name has always been Ben, like it gave her an automatic boyish factor. Her parents must have been hippies and thought it was cool to name a girl with a boy's name. Since December 2nd, I've been to Los Angeles, Madrid, and then back in London. I've got my who and my what and my when and my where and my why, and I'm fine with that.
