I'm in New York right now and it's nothing but fabulous. I sometimes forget that I actually, really love this city. The fact that Fashion Week is Friday hasn't exactly hit. Yet I've done rehearsal walks and already want to go home, or just crawl into a hole and put the rock over it that I came out of. I've already got my favourite visitor coming in ( Read more... )

I think you're one of those people I added to my buddylist. I'll wave to you if I see you somewhere? It will be like being in airport, except we'll be backstage.

No one has picnics in NY. We could go whale watching one day on a rock.

You should see my password. Actually I did read this and I liked that one part about sex lacking personality when you first lose it or, err... have it. Either that or it's dramatic because it's a huge deal. It lacks personality because you don't have a clue what you're doing it. It's nearly like a rehearsal. That was insightful of me, but I'll agree with Poly and say let's go whale hunting.

i've never been whale watching but it's one of those things I plan to do before croaking. if there are any whales left by then. it'll likely be in three years anyway so i'm sure there will be. i imagine it's a lot like being at the zoo on one of those little tram tours where the driver makes really bad jokes. like...shut the fuck up and let me watch the animals, driver or i'll use a shop vac on your face. i keep forgetting that sixteen wasn't long ago for you.

I never heard of anyone who called it croaking. Wait, yes I have. It's really amazing when you can get two feet away from them and touch them. They feel like slick rubber. I went on one of those tram tours once, and apparently the driver was new and one of the trains got stuck while trying to turn to a corner. My sister was there and we both got off to look at the elephants. I keep forgetting that it wasn't so long either, but what can you do?
