A New Era
So there we are, it's official; I'm no longer Hannah Bassill. I'm now Mrs Hannah Paul.
The wedding was amazing - so many lovely people helped us pull it off, on budget and everyone really enjoyed it :-) The honeymoon was also fab: We travelled around California (San Fran, Yosemite, LA, San Diego) then flew to Las Vegas for the last couple of days ( Read more... ) -
Progress
Things are really coming together for the wedding (on 2nd October) now:- My outfit, the car, and the honeymoon are all paid off in full :-)
- Reception decor items, one of my bridesmaids' dresses, and wedding favours have been bought
- Deposits have been paid on the guys' suits (3/5 have had fittings so far)
- A practise run of our wedding cake has been done ( Read more... )

Almost.4.years.
Andy&I.split.up.the.other.day...Basically.we've.just.drifted.to.being.friends.
It.was.the.best.end.you.could.wish.for.really,as.opposed.to.the.usual.screaming.match...At.least.this.way.we.can.save.our.strong.friendship.
But.yeah.would've.been.4years.on.Thursday.bit.of.a.bummer.(And.no,I.still.don't.have.a.new.keyboard.yet.hence.all.the.stops. -
I HAZ JOB!!!
Only took like 7months but I'm now a barmaid! Gorgeous old pub in Ware :D

Jobseeker Course AND History Boot Camp
The job centre sent me on a course on Friday, which I was dreading as I'd heard loads of negative comments about it plus the place was difficult to find (if only they said next to GAME in Stevenage on the website!) The course was actually really helpful and John (guy leading it) was really friendly and made it fun. He taught us how to write CVs ( Read more... ) -
Wychurst Easter Work Week
... Well, 4days anyway. Here's a quick list of jobs I did:- Finishing digging out the peasants end (the left hand end as you look at the pic below) of the hall ready for the floor to be laid (that's about 5days of 15people and a mini digger digging and lugging before the dry mix, bricks and wood could go in)

Poor Puppy :(
My Lucy-dog isn't well at all. She's about 11years old now and despite the extent of how ill she is she's still eating/drinking/wagging.
... You see we found out she's got cancerous lumps on her lungs so they're hardly working and her liver is twice the size, as well as possible internal bleeding... And the arthritis. It sounds horrendous but she ( Read more... ) -
