I'm a dyed-in-the-wool "America's Test Kitchen" fan, speaking of PBS cooking shows. Maybe it's the plain delight that is host Chris Kimball; I love him, especially his clearly receding hair.

ATK is just a good program because they walk through everything without being gimmicky. It's more like "what's the best way of pursuing this" rather than "let's do this wacky thing!"

Although that said, I was always more partial to the blonde chick who does the baking segments.
