Sometimes, class gets boring. Yes, we all know this. And sometimes, it's also fun. I can live with both of these. But, when I feel like I'm not LEARNING in the class, that's a problem for me. I've felt the exact same way (one of the reasons I dropped out of education). It sucks feeling that you're paying all this money and not getting anything for it. Like you've learned exactly how you're supposed to ride a bike (conditions, terrains, etc), then someone hands you a bag of bike parts and says "ok, have fun; don't forget your helmet".
