I'm not sure if this will help you any or not, but it's something that my mom told me when I figured out that teaching wasn't for me. She said that it didn't really matter what my degree was in, as long as I had one. It was the dedication that employers wanted to see. More practical advice than anything, but it helped calm me down, so maybe it'll help you on your path to seeing the light.
I was thinking about some of the careers that have been shown to me since I switched out of education and into child and family, and some of them might fall under your "servant-leader" category. Social workers, child life specialists, and early intervention providers all help people but mostly stay behind the scenes.
Oh, thanks! That does make me feel better! I'll look into those. I'm also going to talk to other people about this and find out what options I have should I decide not to teach.

Hope this helped a little bit :)
