I have to say, I'm really looking forward to the fourth of July this year. A little sad that I'm not going to be joining my family at the annual shindig. But, if things work out like I'm hoping, this is going to be awesome.

My friend Ryan's prom is tonight and I have been asked to act as chauffeur for the night. So it's going to be me driving a mini van stuffed full of six high school kids. This should be interesting.

The new job continues to confound me on a daily basis. Not that I'm expecting to have it all figured out by now, but DAMN. I feel like such a useless tool all day long. Brian, the guy who hired me, assures me I'm doing well. I just wish I could be that sure of myself.

Dear Regional Transportation District,
You might want to look into offering a trip planner that can actually recognize that Monarch Park Place and Monarch Road are, in fact, two completely different streets.
