I recently got a whole heap of blood tests done at the doctors. Luckily, everything came back good [thyroid, diabetes, cholesterol, liver and kidneys, etc]. I believe in you!

My blood pressure was around that every time I went to the docs. Actually I was over 150.
They put me on some medication temporarily and got me to go to a cardiologist.
So I get to the cardiologist, and i'm 110/80 and he can find absolutely nothing wrong.

Still, I try to improve diet. The dietician I went to didn't much care if I had white or brown bread actually. Although I guess brown is best for the fibre. Just less fatty stuff, less salty stuff. Actually for the most part so long as I cook, I'm eating all the fine stuff (although I could do more veggies)
It's the takeaway that's my problem. :(

Oh yes, I needs the fibre though. And I can handle wholemeal, it's the wholegrain I can't hack. I was reading up on it though, the wholemeal still uses all the parts of the grain, it just grinds it up finer so there's no bits in the bread.

I'm doing okies on the water, and for morning tea instead of crap I had an apple and a few grapes. It's a start.
