Well. I've managed the water thing, and the less crap snacks has improved somewhat [incorporated more fruit and have cut out all chocolate] but the wholemeal bread thing is a lost cause at the moment. After I finish this loaf we have at the moment I will buy a wholemeal one ( Read more... )

I recently got a whole heap of blood tests done at the doctors. Luckily, everything came back good [thyroid, diabetes, cholesterol, liver and kidneys, etc]. I have an ongoing battle with my blood pressure though. Today it was 144/92. That's past borderline hypertension, if I were to go back to the doctor they'd put me on medication ( Read more... )

That was the highlight of yesterday. Also I bit the inside of my mouth while I was eating. Oh well, at least tomorrow will be better, going to look at cars in Newcastle amongst other things.
