i've finished my art star ornaments, just in the nick of time! i was stumped this year, but went for the much-too-obvious owl theme. but i mixed it up by adding wood veneer, as well as engraving the feathers on the wings, body & eyes. it was fun! here are a few pix:

thanks! a mobile is the perfect idea (yet it's too bad they're so much work!!! otherwise i'd make more.). if they don't sell i'm going to definitely take your suggestion!

thank you! i am sad about not doing avc, too, but just can't swing all the travel this year. hopefully next year we can make it! anyway have a wonderful time at the show, melissa! hope you're still enjoying your new (or new-ish at this point) place! :)
