The kids received packages with Christmas presents from their grandparents in Wisconsin on Friday. We were told to open them and have early Christmas since we're heading up to Montreal to visit with my parents and brother for the holidays. Yeah. Livvie was clear tonight. Just found 2 or 3 little nits but nothing alive, on Wes...Bill is clear and Bill only found one dead mini-critter in my head so I think we're almost out of the woods. We decontaminated Olivia's room tonight. The kids are both sleeping (and have been for days) in Wesley's room which I decontaminated earlier in the week but which will have to be done again now that we're finally pretty much clear. I'll do that while they're at school tomorrow. The spray is so toxic it's scary but I just want the nasty things out of here. I've always feared getting them and never did til now and I have to say that my fear was utterly warranted. It's a LOT of work and a LOT of time spent getting rid of the things. Plus they just creep me right the hell out.
