I got email informing me that my paid account is expiring. I haven't used it much at all in a long time but find it hard not to renew it since it is only eighteen dollars or something...and I gave up Netflix DVDs so I can kinda rationalize it that way. Perhaps I should get back to lj since Facebook has become pretty annoying with changes and

LJ seems more cozy to me, anyway.

I did let my paid account expire, but the only thing I realized I miss are the occasional voice post or more icons, and I actually don't miss them that much.

It had expired..but I signed up for one more year anyways. I'm saving over 13 dollars a month by not getting Netflix DVDs ... so I don't feel so badly about it even though things are very tight financially right now. :)

Welcome back; I have never cared for FaceBook. I used to play Farmville and two or three other games, but as I've stopped doing that, I'm not on FaceBook at all.

Hate when that happens. :) Definitely those FB games took up too damn much time...and money. One day I just decided enough was enough and stopped dead. Don't play any of them at all now.

Good to see you back :) I've been trying to get back into the LJ habit myself. I read all of my journal entries from 2002 on up and the big gap in time caused by facebook was really disappointing.

Thanks. I post a lot of pictures often and I found Facebook to be easier for that than lj...so I ended up just posting them there and then emailing my family links to the albums or photos.
