I believe the healthcare system is lacking in bedside manner to name one. My best friend was in the hospital recently and her doctor had no bedside manner and was abrupt and harsh and rude to her. One way that multiculturalism is brought into my college courses is by one of my teachers. She is foreign and is teaching the hardest class I am taking. Her accent makes it very hard for me to understand her and I often have to ask her to repeat herself. She uses phrases that make it sound like she doesnt know what she is talking about. I would say that my online persona is definitely Facebook.  I use it nearly daily and I love it. Almost all of my friends are on facebook and I can see what they're up to, you can invite people to groups or events, and even chat the way you can on AIM.

I plan on going into the healthcare field, I plan on being a respiratory therapist. I think that I should probably be aware of different cultures greeting methods, or the way they talk to someone in a position of power.
