haha, well typically there are about... five calls total overnight. and most of them start at like 6am. we're supposed to be a 24 hour call center and right now the calls that come in when nobody is there forward to a call center in canada that charges us like 20934803289 dollars per call. so we're just trying to get rid of them. plus, whoever works overnights also will take (most of) my current duty of printing bulk tickets, so i dont have to spend four hours a day ignoring the phones and printing tickets. the people there are super nice and it's a pretty fun environment.
