Currently, Big Boss is building a little home away from home in Bete Noire. He calls it Outer Heaven Safe Haven. He's taken over an old box factory. From the outside, it still looks like a factory. On the inside, he's been transforming it into a fortress.

Metal Gear Primer
Couple things. First, I play Big Boss from Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. This was an old game for the MSX, which was only released in Japan and Europe(even harder to find those copies). Age/Appearance: John is 69 years old, though outwardly, he appears quite fit for his age. He lost his right eye long ago and wears an eye patch instead of a glass eye.
