For dinner today I decided to make Fidget Pie, a savory pie consisting of layers of potato, apple, ham & sauteed onions, with some gravy and a top crust. Part of the reason to make it was to try Cook's Illustrated's new "perfect" crust.[1][2] There was, as always, dough scraps left over and, as always, I decided to make a mini-tart with it. I
