So I need to make a baby registry.

It occurs to me, that I have no idea what goes in a registry, and that I'd better sort through all the stuff I've been receiving so far to have an idea of what to put on it.

Things I know I DO have:
Crib
Carseat  
Breast Pump ( I hate those two words together though I'm grateful for the device.)
some cloth diaper covers

If you want to cloth diaper, I can probably get you a pile of stuff. My sister is also having a baby soon, but between the two of us, we own more than one baby will need. In fact, before you go buying much, as long as you don't mind hand-me-downs, ping me and see if I can just GIVE it to you. Like even the high chair...I think we'll be graduating out of that before you need it.

I absolutely don't mind hand-me-downs and the plan is to cloth diaper. :)

Take the husband to Babies R us... and test drive strollers...Xav and I broke 2 at before settling on the one we have.

Same thing for car seats check them out in the car before th baby arrives. mine is in the center of the car so that all 3 of us can fit in my car if needed. we would have to move the passenger seat forward to fit the car seat and if we move the seat forward in my car neither one of us fits. we have to move the seat forward in xav's car but I still fit in the front with the seat forward.
